"Stayed here between Christmas and New Year for 2 nights. Great position next to the water, we didn't have a river view but still got to enjoy this view over breakfast and in the bar area. Our 4 year old was very happy with the games room. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were really friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely spa facilities and really helpful staff. It wasn’t very easy to get a taxi into Padstow unless it had been pre-booked which we didn’t realise but overall it is a wonderful hotel. "

"We loved our stay at Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa. Loved being able to use the spa facilities and the room was modern and cosy with a selection of teas, coffees and shortbread. The hotel is good walking distance into Newquay town and the route via the golf course is lovely. The restaurant offers great views of Fistral Beach. They have a cute photo booth just by the elevator which was a nice touch. Only thing I would say is the heating was whacked up for winter so the room was boiling but luckily there was a fan in the wardrobe! Parking for over 24hrs wasn’t an issue for us on the main road in front of the hotel, but you may have more difficulty during peak season months. "

"The hotel sits in about the best location in Newquay, overlooking the town and the sea. The hotel itself is an imposing older building and is absolutely gorgeous inside, the room I had was a great size with a very comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly and amazing with nothing too much trouble for them to sort out. This is the first time I've stayed here but it won't be the last."
