No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. "Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing.
