"New hotel. Can tell it went up fast and cheap. Room was clean, with newer amenities. No consideration from guests as you could hear microwave doors slamming shut from all around you, toilets flushing, cabinet doors shutting as the walls are paper thin. Not really a free breakfast, more like free coffee. "

"Very clean hotel & friendly staff. I felt very safe in the hotel & surrounding area. We were close to convenience & pharmacy stores. Both were within walking distance. Breakfast options were great. "The ROOST is amazing! I was down for the final four and it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the arena. you have so many options for restaurants and entertainment steps out of the hotel. The room was beautiful decorated, clean and aesthetically pleasing! "

"After mentioning we were traveling with our baby for the first time, the front desk team was kind enough to upgrade both of our rooms (one for grandma!) to suites. The kitchenette, spacious bedroom and living room and kitchen island offered all the conveniences of home and was the more than enough space for baby and grandma while my husband and I attended a wedding. The valet was quick and convenient and the bar and breakfast were great too. We’re grateful for a comfortable stay! "

"Great location on the water - easy access to the water taxi and can walk everywhere. Loved the free shuttle provided by the Barrymore as their drivers were fast, on time, and super friendly. Very safe location and easy parking. The hotel is a little older, but it's ok as everything was clean and the staff were wonderful. Check in was super easy, beds were comfy - really great big pillows, and the AC was rocking. Overall for the price, we could not have asked for more. "
