"Amazing people- treated like family! I can’t say enough about this place- nothing fancy but will definitely return- boat ride to the floating bar with our new friends Becky, Mr. Rick, Bush, Capt. Ryan and all the wonderful people! Brunetta and Keith took great care of us! I hope I’m not forgetting anyone! If you go here- even for a few days you will have a great time! Like I said- nothing fancy but I loved it!"

"The property was beautiful, exactly as advertised. The owners along with the staff were very attentive and so friendly. It was so convenient to walk to the end of the dock and get in the water to snorkel. You could also take the paddle board or kayak out and enjoy the reef. I would recommend anyone looking for a quiet piece of paradise to stay at Puerta Azul."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Roatan Yacht Club. Unfortunately, there was a mix up, and our airport shuttle didn’t pick us up. But once we arrived at our resort, Miroslva took care of us. She was wonderful at the front desk. She made us feel welcome and heard about being missed at the airport. The resort is pretty, and is right on a marina. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the resort was excellent! "

"Property was described perfectly, Al and Sandra were awesome hosts along with their fun dogs Jack and Hope! Everything was so easy and laid back. House was super clean and well stocked. We felt very safe here no issues with that whatsoever. Snorkeling was awesome right off the private dock there as well as nightly sunsets. West end and west bay are very close and we also ventured to the east side of the island by rental car multiple times very easily. If you are planning to venture around a lot I would recommend a rental. A basic car was $200 for the week at the airport. Would definitely come back again in a heartbeat.
