"Only issue was that the hot water was switched off and we hadn't been provided with any information about how to switch it back on again. We followed up with the owner once we discovered this and they were able to provide a PDF copy of instructions, which should have been emailed to us ahead of time but wasn't. This could have been remedied by providing a printed copy of the information onsite. Particularly important given there is no cell reception or wifi at the property."

Not sure if that was mentioned in the correspondence and not a deal breaker by any means, we just drove around for ages looking for the entrance 😄. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels.
