The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. "Very nice stay, third time at Zenitude Narbonne. Staff friendly and welcoming, spacious clean room, quiet even though facing main road, with convenient small kitchenette and good shower/toilet. We like the location, close to city centre and train station, next to bus stop for day trips, plenty of convenience stores and eating/drinking and ice cream places. Really like our stay at Zenitude Narbonne every summer."
