"The property was fine once you checked in. Decent breakfast options, good room, lots of nearby dining and shopping options in walking distance. Bed, bath were nice. Only real weak point is the remote lobby which I assume is a cubbyhole somewhere on the property. I would strongly prefer a real lobby setup, and there's no reason not to have one so far past 2020; the remote was slow and didn't work well. Also the electronic key reader for the backdoor on the outside was busted and the wiring exposed to the elements. Forget any security concerns, with a bit of rain or snow it's a goner. Otherwise, very nice cheap stay for SP or Wausau area."

"We were there when the state cross country meet was going on, so the hotel was quite full. Our room was in between a couple of teams, but we didn’t hear any noise until after an appropriate wake up time. The shower head in our room was a little wiggly, but the rest was all good. "

"This was the perfect cottage for our annual girls weekend. The property was just as described with ample space, generous accommodations, and a very responsive host. It was a close drive to restaurants and shopping and the view of the lake was picturesque. We would definitely stay there again. "
