"The staff was very friendly and entertaining at the reception desk and in the bar/entertainment area. Most of the dining staff were very nice and accommodating. There was only one restaurant and the food choices for the three meals a day for seven days were very limited. Not much variety and the open hours were very tight. We were staying there toward the end of the season, so that might have had something to do with the variety. Closing time was coming soon. "

"We had a great stay at Sofia. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Helped us change rooms and then were always very informative when we had questions. The place is clean and spacious for a double room. We had the half board and breakfast and dinner were your standard buffets but definitely options for everyone. We didn’t eat there every night as there are a lot of good restaurants outside of the hotel. Awesome being right on the beach"

"My first experience of the all inclusive experience. I’m a convert. Pool was nice and clean, food was good overall, entertainment was good. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Location was good, a little further from the town/beach than it looks on the map but I don’t mind a walk so not an issue for myself, maybe an issue for others though. Staff were fantastic!"

"Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell. "

"The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling...

"Hotel was halfway closed and only 2 of the adult pools were available. Tennis court was closed and mini golf course tired like the rest of the hotel. Food was not satisfying, but eatable. Not to recommend!"

"Great hotel, great location - didn't expect much for the money we paid (£200 for 2 people for 4 days half board) anyway we were pleasantly surprised. Some parts need updating but think they are on with it. Clean, comfortable, fab staff, food was fine, bar was cheaper than local bars, pool was freezing but lovely. Cannot grumble at all. Would definitely go again and recommend. One lift was out of service so a little annoying at times but free water available, lovely reception staff and overall a...

"Nice pool, access to both apartment and hotel pool. Very close (about 200m from the beach) so nice short walk. Decent view, was of the road and the trees beyond but depends where you are, some had view of the back which was grasslands and some of the pool. Sometimes staff didn't quite understand what was being said, but this wasn't very major and to be expected when visiting a country foreign to your own. This didn't really impact my stay very much."
