"My hotel booking was changed to the Hilton because of a plumbing issue. I had an issue when I proceeded to check out. I had decided to pay by debit but the hotel ended up charging my mother’s credit card which I stressed on check in that I did not want happening. It was my mother’s birthday gift to stay at the hotel. There was also a strange charge of $56 that was not made clear. There was some confusion until the person understood to undo the credit card charge for me to pay by debit. I’m not sure how this happened in the first place?"

"The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. It was a very busy weekend due to a convention centre event, and every single person I interacted with was remarkably kind and helpful. The service really stood out. Our room was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed, fridge, coffee, hairdryer, etc, including an incredible view of the falls. The gym was clean and quiet. It had lots of cardio equipment, benches, dumbbells, and a cable machine. The hotel was walking distance to everything that mattered to us (the falls, the convention centre, Clifton hill, casino, restaurants) Did I mention how friendly the staff were? Overall a great place to stay. "
