"loved our stay here, clean, friendly & helpful. Chloe was lovely, we had no issues here at all. Location was perfect, just a short walk into town, my husband has COPD, So we wanted something local and it was, just a 5minute walk. Would definitely book here again. We stayed in Double Room with private Bathroom. The veiws are also Amazing. "

"Grand old guesthouse set in a beautiful location right on the water front. Walking distance to local amenities too. Great customer service from the owner. Went for the full Scottish breakfast, was great, and huge. More of an older traditional guesthouse, with great history, rather than a modern hotel."

"The property was a charming combination of contemporary and traditional. Lovely place. Everything was supplied including the beautiful view of the bay and Rothesay. Walking distance to town. Communication and accommodation from Gordon was exceptional. Only sad we won't be able to revisit in the future. Highly recommend."
