"Incredibly noisy to the point where I slept on the couch. The 2nd bedroom window provides zero protection from the sound of the HVAC systems directly below it. The noise fluctuates in pitch and loudness making it impossible to sleep. It sounds like a truck is idling right inside your bedroom all night! The apartment is lacking maintenance in some areas such as the bathroom. Otherwise, it's nicely furnished and practical."

"Really great option for being close to everything in Baton Rouge. Only issue was got water on my second day wasn't working. Nice appliances and ac and it was nice decor and comfortable. Lots of room as well and good TV and Internet."

"Great, clean and easy to access apartment. We stayed for a lsu football game and was a short walk to campus. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had some issues that was 100% our fault. I would definitely stay again for a weekend game!"

"The property comes at reasonable price and is well connected with the bus routes. Close to LSU and plenty of stores, gas station and food options near by. The location is okayish. The house is clean and well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. Yes cooking is possible here. Thanks to the manager/ owner for being very responsive and accommodating last minute extension of the stay. "

"The property manager was very quick to respond and left great directions on how to access entry. The apartment had musty smell like it had been closed up for too long, but the apartment was fairly clean and good to use. The location is close to all kinds of places and alarm system is there to set while there and gone. Security seems to be an issue for the area. "

Our VRBO…what can we say…absolutely the cutest place with the most comfy beds, as well as just a home like feel! Our host, super easy to communicate with, Paul, we cannot thank you enough! We just cannot rave and explain how awesome our place was…CLOSE to many many places within walking distance…when we head back, I hope your places are...
