"We liked this property, staff were friendly. Although we didn’t receive the bottle of wine in our room as Expedia said. We also asked for a robe and additional towel and these never came. The pool area was nice, food was good. There are a lot of German guests, not so many English. Very eco friendly which was nice! We liked the little all inclusive extras - ice cream, chocolates, arrival drink etc. "

Beach is safe and accessible from hotel also an even larger and more sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk. Great food selections, friendly staff and even cool shows on the main stage every evening. "Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"
