"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay...

They’re trying to make the outside space nicer which will be great when it’s completed. Comfy beds. Kitchen was great with a massive table for us all to sit round. Good value for money. He was present at the time of check in and was friendly and gave us details as required. overall stay was great with location being perfect for us to stroll by the beach and other amenities. apart from the water pressure not being great we enjoyed our stay at the property.It was very spacious and clean and well maintained. The bungalow was clean on arrival and all the necessaties of a home away from home facilities were in place (large fridge/freezer), cooker, TV/Wifi, shower etc and worked as expected. The bungalow was very warm and the heating a little hard to work out how to adjust to get it cooler but with the large patio door it wasn't such a problem. The place does look a little dated with some older styled furntiure but it was all comfy and for the price I have no complaints. ...
