"I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and booked last minute. Location was great and it was a clean and comfortable stay. If you have any mobility issues however, I wouldn't recommend as we stayed at the top which had narrow steep stairs. Other odd quirks were there was not one bowl in the room or kitchen. Also we booked for 3 people and arrived to a room with a fold out and had to find the bedding. We found a fitted sheet available (but didn't fit the fold out couch properly) and a blanket...

"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

The location was fantastic, parking was a bit tricky in busy council carparks but this is a St. Ives problem and not related to property. Overall a lovely experience, and we would reccomend it. "

"We chose the Love Shack because of it’s proximity to the beach, it is literally a stones throw away! It’s a very cute place to stay and whilst it’s not show house standard you know what you’re getting if you read the description!It’s a good base for exploring Cornwalls delights and you can walk to Falmouth if you’re so inclined.
