"This was our 3rd stay in the last month. We had room 155 for 3 nights. Very large room, but furnished very sparsely. No table And chairs or side chairs/sofa. Our other king rooms had a table and easy chair and were much smaller. Staff brought us an old dining room chair when we asked for additional seating. Missed opportunity to turn the room into a comfortable suite! Bathroom sink drain very slow. Concierge staff are what makes our stay most excellent and service by Luis in the bar outstanding. Another missed opportunity is not opening Leo's earlier in the morning for light bites, while everyone is waiting for their rooms. "

Also if one is sitting on grounds outside your bar staff should approach clients for top up and refills . Things l would suggest because you are out in the remote . Bicycle rental to get around locally. Create a local map of near by places. The shopping center. Barlycorn pub. Botely village that could be highlighted as a pub crawl. Include the Blue Star route on back of little map. You have a great little place that has so much potential."

"Fantastic location and the main hotel building impressive. Room fairly basic, but very comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Grounds here are amazing and use of leisure facilities (pool area) a bonus."

"Stayed here for one night pre-cruise. The hotel was great. The room was clean and had everything we could need. There was breakfast on offer but we did not try this. There is also a Starbucks in reception which was very useful. Loads of parking and some EV chargers. We would stay here again. "
