"The condo was huge and well maintained, Ski in/ski out is as described and not really the best option for us. One of our guests was a non-skier so we had a built in chauffeur to drop people off right by the gondola, which was incredibly easy and fast. Management was always available via text and very helpful. One small tip if you arrive at night - the functioning key pad is on the door (not on either side of the frame). We had a frantic couple of minutes trying to get in! :)Overall this, is a terrific unit and a great location with very responsive and professional management. "

"Wonderful properly location wise and love floor to ceiling windows mostly and location. Rooms and amenities are quite dated though, I think though property got fair price-value for the area. I would not pay more than $150 for room there. "

"Absolutely fantastic. This house is located in a cul de sac in a private community on Winter Park mountain. The exterior is perfect for a mountain luxury home.About the house: I rarely walk in to a rental property to be blown away by the kitchen but that is what happened here. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, utensils etc you could need. But getting back to the house - it is basically 4 levels. The mudroom is for skiis and boots and has a heated floor - very convenient. The first level has a large entertainment room with a large wrap around couch and bunk beds and a private bathroom. The next level is the living room, again with a very comfortable couple of couches and chairs and a bar area with a small wine fridge and extra drinks fridge and sink. The next level is the kitchen and the outdoor jacuzzi. Upstairs is a very spacious, very comfortable master bedroom and bathroom, and two other bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There is laundry on the first level and the 4th level! Yes, that’s right, two laundry areas! Amazing.Skiing: this is a true ski in and ski out. You leave the house and a short walk some stairs takes you to a run where you put on your skis and ski to the gondola area. So simple and easy and no lugging skis in a car. There is also a ski rental shop walking distance from the unit. The amenities are superb! The mountain had great snow when we were there so it was super fun and the jacuzzi was a really nice benefit upon our return. Excellent"

"First of all I can't say enough about what great Hosts and communicators Carey and Julia are! A minor problem with the unit listed as a 1 bedroom instead of a studio and a Wi-Fi work around later they bent over backwards to move us into one of their other fantastic units on the property. If Ski in Ski out is a priority you cannot beat this location, 5th floor unit is the floor for the ski locker room and ramp to Corridor run. Thier units are well maintained, clean with tastefully updated interiors! Will come back for sure!!!! "

"Terrific property - Amazing view and location with great amenities. Little details like washer/dryer, humidifiers and fans for all the rooms were so great for these Texans and their kids who weren't used to CO dry air & dirty wet snow gear! Also major bonus points for a kid-safe fire place that kept us cozy without worrying about kids getting close. We loved our stay & highly recommend. "
