"This is an outstanding hotel in every way and the staff are excellent. "

"We chose this place so we could park in the free spacious parking lot and take cabs to/from downtown and avoid driving in the city. For this we paid less for hotels than if staying downtown, and put that money into the cab rides. It evened out. The cab rides are 12-15 Euro. The hotel caters to a lot of blue collar workers, but everybody was well behaved, the place is clean (the rooms are simple, but BIG). Of course it's nice to stay downtown, but just plan your day and let somebody else do the driving (let's you have more wine downtown!). We would stay again. "

"The house, the furniture and everything is to a high standard and very tasteful. It is a charming position with good views. The garden is very pleasant and also the pool. The owners are very friendly and helpful."

"Only issue was WiFi and internet networks available were few, which made iur communications complicated and confusing. Coming from the USA, you'll need a European phone or ability to get internet. Ideally if the hiuse had internet, it would be been more comfortable, but the hiuse, the town, people and the owner were all wonderful and friendly. If you don't like several hundred years old houses or farm environment, this is not for you. If you do, it will be peaceful and calming to hear chickens and roosters."
