"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this quaint apartment. The host was easy to contact and gave us a rundown on all the sites and best places to eat in Assisi. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining choices and sightseeing all within easy walking distance. Our only complaint is we were a little bit cold. I should have had the host explain the thermostat before he left! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. We would definitely stay here...

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"

"Very clean, Sara was in communication all the time. The last set of stairs is narrow and a bit steep, so watch your step, especially if you have a suitcase. Shouldn't deter. I think if the property has wifi it would be a good thing. "

"Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria."

"We were one of the first groups to stay at this newly renovated, Perugia apartment. This three bed, 2 bath apartment was the perfect size for three couples. We enjoyed being walking distance to the escalators that bring you up to the city center. The kitchen was well appointed for meals that we decided to eat in. The building has parking in the back so it was easy to park our rental car and come and go as we pleased. Washer and dryer and fast WiFi was a nice touch! Guiseppe was very attentive...

"An absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the Tevere Valley towards Assisi. All rooms are comfortable and clean but you will spend most of your waking time in the main living room where there are windows on three sides. The balcony is large enough for a meal for two, and the kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook it. The hosts are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment."
