"Beautiful castle that would be so much more enjoyable with just a few changes. Windows need to be able to attach to shutters so will stay open and not blow closed with wind. Basic items such as toilet paper, seasonings for cooking, more comfortable twin mattress, ability to order basic meals at restaurant if wanted. "

"Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there. 1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then. 2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering. 3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. They do allow you to drive yr car into the compound for...

"The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
