"It is a great option to stay, convenient and the place is really nice. They offer water, coffee and tea at reception. Please be aware that check in is between 14:00 and 19:0. They are not flexible about this. "

"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"Fairytale castle style home style hotel in this beautiful medieval town. Be aware you can’t drive your car up into the old city - so pack light- you need to park outside the city walls and walk up. Really great location, private terrace, clean and homely - loved the authentic feel of this place. "

"A beautiful resort to enjoy the Tuscan views! My family and I (3) stayed here for a few days in September and it was wonderful! If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city or just life in general, this is the place for you! "Amazing place to stay, really well located. We didn’t get our check in email until after we had arrived so didn’t have the code to get into our room (the desk is not open late afternoon) other than that no complaints. "

"When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner. Jedyne czego się obawialiśmy tylko że będzie trudno znaleźć domek, jako że przejeżdżaliśmy późno wieczorem ale mapy prowadziły doskonale a sama posiadłość była oświetlona i nie było w związku z tym żadnych problemów z trafieniem tam"
