"A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Mas hoje o hotel parece operar com mínimas atualizações desde seus anos de ouro. As instalações estão velhas e mostram o desgaste. Louça do banheiro encardidas, tampa de vaso solta, chuveiro rosado por falta de limpieza, móveis de mdf esfarelando. O estacionamento também foi um pouco problemático para mim. Localizado do...

"Sempre nos hospedamos no Herval, café da manhã excelente, quartos bons e estacionamento."

"Muitos barulhos pela madrugada, tipo de pessoas transitando pelos corredores, inclusive barulho do ar condicionado, muito antigo ou defeituoso barulho era terrivel, decidi deixar a estadia pela madrugada pois não consegui ter conforto para dormir."
