"I had a lovely stay at The Vine. Right from check in the staff were very pleasant and always helpful. The rooftop bar has a lovely view at night time so is a great place to relax. The rooms are big with plenty of storage space. The location is great as many attractions in Funchal are a walkable distance. The airport bus also drops you off right outside the shopping center which contains the lifts to enter to hotel. The shopping center also has a supermarket in the basement which is handy for any essentials."

It is a little out of the way from the action in Funchal so I wouldn’t have wanted to stay the entire time here but if you’re looking for a place to get away and relax, this is for you. "
