"This is an absolute needle in a hay stack. If you are traveling alone or as a couple and need a place to sleep, shower, and relax a little this is it. The property manager was a joy to work with and is very communicative (even with random Saturday questions). The parking area is large and able to fit a bass boat hooked to the tow vehicle. "Needed to be in Pilot Point for a wedding and there aren’t many hotel options in the area. This cabin was the perfect solution. Super close to Ray Roberts Lake as well, so I could check out some nice walking trails in my down time. My only critique is that all of the frying pans had non-stick coatings that were really scratched up. So, if you are planning to do your own cooking, consider bringing your own pan. "

"Extended family (all adults ) stayed for local wedding. Large gathering areas in house. Bunk beds were made for children not adults. Master shower door wouldn’t stay closed in use (magnetically). And notified owner of a toilet that wouldn’t fill after flushing. (She stated it would be addressed after we left. Also note : there is a surplus charge to heat the hot tub / pool which is not included in rental price ( I was not aware of that ! ) Over all it was clean and beds were comfortable. ...

"The owner was very flexible with me getting the house booked. Our initial stay had to be cancelled shortly before the trip due to the cold weather with possibility of ice in January and was very helpful in getting me in at a different date while helping in costs/refund."
