The front desk staff is elequent, however the bartender/ waitress was very upsetting she did not come for my dinner order. I felt it was because I was alone. Very hurtful also because I did not receive my $20 for dining. The parking charge with hotel charge is a a better idea. Guests expect to pay for dining so I delete that charge. "This beach hotel is a wonderful place to vacation. The rooms are spacious, and most have a partial ocean view. The breakfast is good and worked well for our 12 night stay. The pool area, also has a sandy beach area to sit that is set aside from the big beautiful beach with its own sitting area. The staff is so nice. The hotel needs a refresh but the charms outweigh the need for thus. Our fourth annual visit and hoping for many more."
