The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. "We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"

"The hostel is very central with a friendly staff. It's an old building so dont expect super fancy, expect cosy and homey. The rooms are large and clean, same with the kitchen. The showers are busy especially now when its super hot, so they are not the cleanest at all times, but I think they are cleaned daily, or even several times a day. Beds are very comfortable too. Overall a very nice stay and a very good hostel for the price! "
