All the staff - guest services, dining staff, housekeeping were kind, helpful, gracious, and welcoming!! The hotel is set in a park on the river with walking bridges to each side. And our balcony looking over the park and river and phenomenal views of Knights Templar castle, which is within walking distance from the hotel. "
