"This property was very unique and a great place to stay, especially after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set earlier in the day. The rooms did smell a little like “Middle Earth” when we arrived, but the fans were running and the owners were obviously trying to deal with the problem which was much appreciated. "as it says cosy and comfy...beds were super comfortable. it was quiet and homely, took a little bit to work out the shower and couldnt get tv to go, however if they left instructions on both that would help. great pressure in the shower , fridge had lots of little extras in it which would be good if we cooked and a great supply of milk. it had everything we needed and loved the style and bits and pieces in there .eg the record player and games books etc. thanks very much very helpful and...
