"This hotel is perfectly positioned just 2 minutes walk from arrivals. The staff are obviously aware that many travellers will be in a hurry to reach their beds and check in was friendly but fast. We were allowed to take our airport trolley to our room. We arrived at 9 and had to leave at 2.45 but managed to get as much sleep as possible. It may seem a bit expensive for such a short stay but the convenience was well worth it"

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of Chilli’s heritage created by the decor . The restaurant produces great meals and the pool is lovely on a hot day . Easy to walk to major attractions and staff are always willing to help in any way. Hot showers were welcome also ! "

The hotel is very clean, very walkable to all the sites and various restaurants and the staff extremely kind, professional and helpful. I had to find a way to get from Santiago to Concón and was trying to secure an uber but the staff suggested I take a local bus that would save me a lot of money and time (bc it was difficult to find an uber that would actually take me 2 hrs to the coast).
