The seaside town Port d'Alcúdia is an 11-minute drive from the property where you will find all shops and services as well as the water park Hidropark d'Alcúdia. Here you can also spend the day at the long, sandy beach and soak up the sun. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 45 minutes (62 km).
Under no circumstances are any animals, including cats and dogs, allowed on the property. Additionally, please refrain from feeding or petting feral animals, as they may carry diseases and attracting them can lead to more wildlife issues. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure everyone's safety and well-being.

There is an ADT motion sensor inside the dining room and in the hallway. Both are deactivated and can be activated with a user and code on demand for the safety of the guests. Otherwise, it is turned off.
The property is directed towards families and quiet groups. Groups of young people are not allowed.
