"We had 16 men for our golf trip and this house did not disappoint! Plenty of places to sleep, party barn was great, hot tub was needed after three rounds of golf. Only hiccup was WiFi is weak if big tv in living room and party barn are on at same time. We would come back! Thanks Steven! "

Only recommendation is letting guests know about what side of the street to park on if they need to park on the street as one of our friends almost got a ticket when visiting us during our stay."

" Very pleasant stay. We had a work crew for the state fair and this home was very accommodating. The house has and interesting setup. The kitchen is very well equipped. Fun game/gathering area. Beautiful flower gardens outside. Nice walking distance to Valley Junction Main St area. Lots of room and lots of sleeping space. Host was very helpful. "

"The house was great for my family as we traveled to the Grimes area for a family wedding. It was cheaper than 2 hotel rooms for 3 nights which is amazing right now due to everything is sooo expensive. We all had our own rooms and the 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was fully furnished and a comfy couch for relaxing inbetween. Also getting to the house & to HyVee and Walmart were super easy. Would suggest this house if you are looking in the Grimes Area for a great family place...
