"Hotel has a nice location within easy walking distance of the town and harbour. The food was decent for the price. The all inclusive drinks were the limited range typical of this type of hotel. Rooms were a reasonable size and the grounds were nice. The main negative of this hotel is that it is looking quite dated and run down. The level of maintenance also seems poor in both the rooms and public areas."

"It was disappointing to arrive at Villa Thio to find that the property was not as advertised. The pool was dirty (the property manager did come with his son and a janitor to clean it when we made them aware), the sitting room had curtains hanging off the rails, the bathrooms were in need of a good spring cleaning. No mats on the sun beds - and some of them were in very poor condition. No pool towels provided (we had to buy some). The property manager Savvas was helpful but he couldn’t really...

"Really nice location and villa, accesible to town center, beach but a car is needed. The property is very comfortable but needs a bit of maintenance and attention to detail. Downstairs needs air conditioning as with only a fan and the usual temperatures in Cyprus during the summer period, it is very difficult to keep it cool. Easy check in and check out. Thank you"

"Amazing villa. The management staff were very helpful and attentive. Pool was so nice and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Beds are quite low on the ground so may not be good for an elderly group. "

"We really enjoyed our girls trip to this villa. The location meant that we swam in the sea early every morning which was lovely. The pool is gorgeous. The owner was very pleasant and available when we needed him. A Very well equipped Villa the only negative was the bath towels which were extremely scratchy and dry but very good for exfoliation. If you like a soft absorbent towel bring your own. We bought beach towels from the supermarket which was a help. Would definitely recommend this Villa"
