"The bloody place is closed for more than a year and I can’t believe this companies still offers it. I reserved with my girl and we arrive it was dark, cool, no flowers, just an ilusión of the pictures we saw. "

"It was close walk to train station, quiet location and reasonable quality no-frills hotel. Not an issue for us as we got caught out by a train strike, so was a last minute booking. Staff were very helpful!"

"We have stayed here before, near where my son was living while at university in Rome. The air con and the shower were really nice. In covid19 times, was impressed by the attention to detail of hand sanitisers , face masks etc. Service was fabulous, organising taxis - even securing a better price for the use of a Mercedes minivan. I’m sure life is difficult for any business but they were working extremely hard to make it the best experience it could be. "

"This is an excellent place to stay. There are always staff at the front desk who are courteous and informative. All receptionists we interacted with spoke English. The rooms are plenty comfortable and clean. The stairs and small elevators are a small challenge for accessibility, but only a few stairs are required to climb to get to the accomodations. This seems to be due to the original architecture, which is beautiful. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, as well as the park, laundry services, and shopping. We stayed there for a week between December and January, and were very happy with the accomodations."
