The owner actually opened the door and came in 1 day. He said he thought the unit was empty. Communication problem between owner and mgmt company maybe? Anyway, he sent a nice bottle of red wine up for the mixup and that was nice."

"We had a great time staying in this hotel. Although we're always out most of the time but the owner thoughtfully prepared everything we needed and communicated what we might need to bring. We wish we could stay forever. The downside was during our last few days of stay we could here noise, baby's crying and strong stomping of feet in our neighboring rooms but tolerable.
