"Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. "The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good...

"We loved our stay at Vision hotel, lake garda is absolutely stunning!! We will definitely be back. The staff were so nice and helpful, the property was absolutely gorgeous! It is a bit further away from the city centre but there is a walking path that goes along the lake to get to the Center only taking about 20 mins to get to. In the morning upon checkout we were unable to get a hold of a taxi (it was an early morning) and the staff took us to the train station with their hotel van for 5€ which...
