"We had booked a Villa Studio with Golf View room. Very disappointed with it. Firstly, it was run down and in need of refurbishment. Secondly, the balcony had a solid wall and, if you were sitting down, your eye level was below the top of the wall - that's not a "View". Spoke to reception and upgraded to one of the Spa Suites in the main hotel block for a discounted upgrade fee. So much better. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
