"we drive 12 hours form Louisiana to Santa Fe, at least one time a month and we don't go anywhere that it is not this hotel! It is more than an hotel! The people? Are awesome! Carlos always helping us with wherever we need, Guadalupe always fix our rooms as brand new and the other ladies but I am more familiar with her , the 2 ladies and the guy with glasses are awesome ( the guy in the night is not the best but who cares lol) everything is great! Plus the location is perfect"

"Even before we arrived Genelle at the Front Desk was lovely. She gave us a beautiful room, champagne, strawberries and exquisite service at every level. Rogelio the Food and Beverage Director was likewise exceptional in his hospitality and making us few at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "Love the Hotel. SPA & Nina were excellent. Agave Rest. very good for dinner. Close to the Plaza for an easy walk for shopping & people watching. Close to our favorite restaurant for another meal. "

"Nice and clean hotel. Excellent restaurant food in the evening. A little displeased they didn’t open in the morning until 7:00 am, I was there at 6:00 am and had to leave by 6:45 am. But all in all - very nice place. "
