"After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. "Nos ha gustado muchísimo, las vistas lo mejor, pero es cierto que las camas, la de la habitación de matrimonio, fue incómoda, 1,35 y eso nos hizo poder descansar peor. También la cocina está muy vieja, se nota qu eno se ha reformado, en el baño de arriba no llegaba el agua caliente más de 5 min.. hay algunas cosas básicas que se pueden mejorar. El trato, excelente, eso sí! Gracias y saludos"
