"Excellent staff, great property "

"J'ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Peu avant mon arrivée, j'ai reçu un message me disant que j'avais été surclassée dans la chambre 212. Elle est plus spacieuse et plus lumineuse que celle initialement réservée. C'est un bel hôtel entouré de montagnes, au calme avec une belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner est préparé sur commande, il y a 6 options possibles et il coûte environ 16xcd. Chaque petit-déjeuner et diner que j'ai mangé au resto étaient très bons, les portions étaient également parfaites. Les locaux viennent y manger, donc c'est un gage de qualité. Toutes les personnes avec lesquelles j'ai parlées étaient gentilles et souriantes, prêtes à aider, à l'écoute. C'est le genre d'établissement qui offre un traitement personnalisé à chacun de ses clients, c'est exceptionnel. J'ai même eu le plaisir d'échanger avec la mère du propriétaire qui m'a raconté l'histoire de l'hôtel. Roseau est assez éloigné, mais il y a des bus qui passent à un gros croisement, plus bas. Ce qui rendrait l'hôtel encore mieux, ça serait qu'il y ait des frigos dans les chambres. Aussi, s'il y avait possibilité de payer tous les frais de restauration à la fin du séjour, ça serait bien mieux. Après mon check-out, on m'a contacté pour me faire part d'un dégât que j'aurai fait (bris au niveau du bureau). À cette date, je suis en attente d'un hypothétique devis pour les réparations à effectuer. "

"This is a beautiful and quiet property. The on-site restaurant provides a delicious breakfast. It is about an hour's drive from most attractions but is much more peaceful than staying in Roseau. Like most beaches in Dominica, this one is not swimable. This property is relatively isolated, so we ate most of our dinners there as well. The food is tasty and portions are large. "

"Our family of 5- 20 something grown kids- all scuba divers. We love adventure travel- especially to SCUBA Dive.... and this trip was it.Pinard Mountain Village will pick you up at the airport if you want. If not... Make sure you have a car with clearance... the road up can wash out and has some challenges.They can cook meals for you. Close to Diving.Close to water falls and hot springs.Awesome views."

Initially, we were supposed to stay in a smaller cottage, but due to a mix-up, we were upgraded to an amazing house, which turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything was perfect. The highlight was the breathtaking view from the patio—it was truly spectacular. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay special, even giving us a detailed tour of the property and sharing fascinating information about the vegetation. We loved being able to pick and enjoy fresh fruits straight from the trees—it was such a unique and delightful experience. Thank you for your hospitality and for creating such a magical place for guests. We can’t wait to return!""

"Personal, friendly and welcoming staff. Our unit was spacious and private but needed screens in our windows. No air conditioning, so the need of fans and windows opened were necessary. Shuttle service to and from the airport need to be listed as an amenity for the property. The road to the property is precarious to say the least, and taxi cabs do not want to go the last 1/4 mile. Obtain the telephone number to the property and they will meet you where the pavement ends. Seclusion and peace are wonderful attributes there. Would love to return for another visit. We spent 10 days there. Food is available but you need to know the hours of availability and let them know what what meal periods you will be attending."
