This "cottage" is actually a suite in a resort; we had reserved "Liberty Suite Cottage #8", but were put in #7; the "kitchen" consisted of a very old, rusted out oven with a broken door (unusable), and a poor gas range (20 minutes to boil water); there was ONE pot and a kettle, NO other cooking supplies (cupboards were bare); the restaurant on the patio at the resort did not have any food to serve us after our arrival, as you need to let them know well in advance (OK, fair, but this was not outlined in any information and the fact that we could not easily cook anything was an issue and the closest real grocery store is in Roseau); there is no "house manual" to explain anything; You NEED a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up the terrible road (this was not explained anywhere), thankfully we had one; the bed was large and very comfortable and our first 2 nights were quite, but only because we were the only people there - our final night had people in the suite next door and the noise level from EVERY single activity from kitchen, TV, bedroom, and bathroom could be easily heard until they finally went to sleep at 2:30am. There is NO sound barrier at all. This place has a lot of potential - it is a beautiful location if you can get up the hill on the deteriorating "road", but they need to sound proof the walls and outfit the kitchen so you can actually prepare some meals; also, the bathroom had only 2 bath towels, nothing else, no hand towels or face cloths; no more room to type more
