"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "Great service, lots of things to do: swimming pools, boat trips, snorkeling, activities. Enough restaurants never to eat in the same place twice! "

"Hotel feels more like a 5* in many ways. Especially enjoyed the ‘quiet area’ pools and the a la carte restaurants. Only thing I would change is so many people smoking in public areas/beach."

"It was wonderful. All the staff were amazing & food delicious. Preferred our previous room where we had a door into the en suite. The privacy curtain wasn’t really big enough (or soundproof!). But all that aside we had a fabulous time & will return. "

"A nice hotel but the wifi is quite patchy and the food could more varied. The room was nice and comfortable but had quite a small bathroom area. The pool is quite small but because it is so close to the sea not really a problem."
