"We had a wonderful stay at the property for five weeks, trying out how it would be to retire to Mauritius and live there full time. The property is great, has all it needs for living there and is in a secured, usually quiet area. During our stay, there was some noise due to work on the new build next to the property. We weren't bothered too much, as we usually went out during the day, and the work had finished at the end of the afternoon."

"Maison dans résidence surveillée avec belle piscine tout proche de la mer (plage de Bain Bœuf de l'autre coté de la route côtière) et près de Grand Baie. Propre (service de ménage tous les jours sauf week-end). Chambres climatisées et spacieuses donnant sur la piscine. Cadeaux de bienvenue du propriétaire lors de l'arrivée fort appréciés. It is about a 10 to 20 minute drive to several beautiful beaches and many other amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, excursions, shopping centres. There is also easy access to the highways to get to other parts of the island. The pool was cleaned on a regular basis and there was weekly house cleaning.
