"A beautiful eclectic home !! Had a wonderful family girls trip celebrating my sister’s 65th birthday! This home was spacious with stunning views and accommodated all of our needs. We enjoyed that we were close enough to town and yet at the end of the day benefited from the privacy & uniqueness of this fabulous home , additionally, the goats were an added bonus to our fun . Lastly , David could not have been a better host !. Our needs were immediately addressed !! A++"

"I believe the house needs a porch light so when coming home at night you can see where the driveway is because it’s difficult to see especially when you do not know the area "

"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We had an amazing stay at the property! Surprised my mom for her 70th birthday and had so much fun. Loved sitting on the front porch watching the cars go by and the sheep grazing across the street. Swam in the pool, relaxed in the wood fired hot tub, played lawn games, and built a fort with the human sized lincoln log set. I'd highly recommend this property for any family looking to have a relaxing weekend in the country."

"My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying yard games, basketball playing, s'more making deer viewing and relaxing in the hot tub! The proximity to Lambertville and New Hope was very convenient. "

"I believe that the outside photos are from when the property was list with realtor. The outside doesn’t appear to be maintained as well as it should be, there is a sitting area out back with table & chairs needed to be wiped down and space all cluttered with leaves. The restrooms were not as clean as I prefer ( I cleaned them myself prior to use). "Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."
