"It was quiet. The lighting in the upstairs bathroom was not good. The toilet seat moved every time you sit on it the floor wasn’t the cleanest. The fridge was clean. I went to dry my hands at downstairs bathroom sink, & the ra rack, came off the wall"

"This is a great little place to stay. It's super clean and nice. It has a great hot tub. The location is fantastic. If feels secluded but it's close to almost everything. It has everything you need.This was our 3rd or 4th stay. When we were there this time the refrigerator wasn't working but we had a cooler and bought ice so it worked out.We love this place!"

"We needed an easy place to stay for a quick trip to Branson! I ran across this listing and decided to give it a try! It did NOT disappoint. We were able to park super close to the unit. Takes 2 min to get to SDC or you can even take a free shuttle. It could use a couple more updates (new window treatments, bathroom door and faucets) but it was clean, decorated nicely, and Smelled AMAZING! Do not pass up on this convenient location! "

"The barn is a really cool place to stay. We were on the 3rd floor and it was nice and cozy. The only issue is that the couch shown in the picture wasn't the one in the room, so it was smaller than expected. The location is great - right by the lake. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend!"

"Super clean. AC took awhile to cool the little place. I notified the travel@evolve.com person that said to use that email to communicate. We left at 12:15 pm Thursday. A severe storm was coming from OK with baseball size hail & tornado warnings. Having a brand new boat & new truck, we opted to leave before the storm hit. I left door unlocked, as instructed. I told that person we were leaving, in case the property manager needed to lock up. "
