"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"

"Lovely hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. Shout out to Restaurant manager Anthony and Tom and the rest of the staff. One of the front desk staff was help us to book the island tour. We don’t speak French. It’s a bit difficult to book anything on line All in French. Overall we had a good time. "

"Un véritable havre de paix au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante, très bien situé pour rayonner sur toute l’île. Calme, beau, propre, confortable! La piscine pour se délasser en fin de journée, très appréciable! Un petit chemin permet de descendre à la rivière, à la fraîche. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse absolue, de très bon conseil et ont été présents lors du grand black out qui a eu lieu pendant notre séjour et qui du coup, malgré une nuit un peu compliquée sans clim, n’est resté...

"Such fantastic, straight-forward service. Easy check-in, daily room cleaning that smelled amazing, and the grounds were impeccable. I could not have asked for more, I travel frequently and this hotel has the best, bed, pillows, sheets and bathroom. I have nothing negative to say. It was perfection. "

"Très bel hôtel. Belle vue. Les chambres sont confortables. Par contre, notre séjour a été gâché par la réceptionniste car elle a été vraiment désagréable le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous cherchions un moyen pour descendre au bourg car toutes les navettes étaient pleines (elle nous a mal renseigné la veille sur le fonctionnent ) et les taxis ne travaillaient pas cette journée là. "The hotel is small, relatively new and built around a pleasant patio and small pool. Our balcony overlooked these. The hotel is about 2km from the closest beach and good restaurants so a car, while not essential, makes the trips more manageable."

"Staff was very friendly, accommodations were clean and neat, appliances worked perfectly, pool and hot tub were clean everyday. Great location to see Basse-Terre island. Free parking for your rented car (which you will need to see the island). We were in a Studio with a kitchenette. Bigger grocery store was about 20 minutes away. only 15 minutes to Deshae (where they filmed Death in Paradise). We had a great time."

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. House keeping did a great job each day. Beautiful views from balcony. Full access to the beach. Convenient proximity to airport, restaurants & beaches. Le Gosier is definitely the place to stay. Our only main issue was the lack of WiFi connection. There was no WiFi in the room. NONE AT ALL. And very limited internet access around the property. "
