"Water outage for 36 hours. No drinking water provided by establishment. We had to use a bucket to collect swimming pool water to flush the toilet. No communication by staff concerning the outage. Confusion by owner on prepaid status & how to collect from hotels.com Required multiple phone calls on my behalf. No WIFI at all, even though they state that there is WIFI.
