"We were in town for a couple days in November for a youth hockey tournament in St. Albans. The location and general area are nice with many offerings for food and shopping. Beautiful lake house as advertised, and very spacious! Mattresses are firm. I need a fairly dark room for sleeping and the window treatments did a pretty good job blocking light. My family enjoyed our time there and are considering a trip next summer!"

"The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. "

"Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

"Stayed here with my mom, 3 year old son, and our 2 dogs for a few nights. It was absolutely perfect for my son. He had a blast with all of the toys in the loft area and running around with the dogs outside. Sunsets on the deck were incredible. Very cozy, family friendly house. Communication with the host was great too. "

"Stephanie was wonderful and very welcoming to our little family. The property was easily accessible to Burlington-15 min drive to everywhere, maximum. Easy access to the Causeway and great nearby food. The road next to the property is busy, but you don't notice it. Loved waking up everyday to the stellar view and cozy atmosphere. "

"Peaceful cabin on the lake- absolutely beautiful views and relaxing scenery. Sunrise over the lake was amazing. The house was adorable- the kids absolutely loved the spiral staircase! Communication with renters was easy and immediate. You aren’t really able to take long showers- but we were warned about that beforehand. I would absolutely Recommend this location to anyone! "
