"Had a fabulous short stay here. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information on the local area. Staff were always pleasant and polite. Lovely breakfast. We also had an early check out but they still made us a great cuppa before going and gave us some take away bags for us to fill with pastries for our journey. Very convenient location for visiting all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus...

"Very good location, easy to get there and private bathroom. If you are there for a day it’s a great choice. The owner has everything well planned managing a self check inn and check out with no problem. The luggage storage was helpful since we left Verona after the check out time, thank you. The room could improve in general by cleaning thoroughly and specifically having the coffee machine cleaned, the oxidation of the tap off, better quality towel and a luggage rack."

"We found the location to be in easy walking distance of all major. Whilst quite grand in appearance from the photos the interior is actually a little dated and although there was a lift to our floor we still had a number of steep stairs to negotiate with large suitcases. It was difficult to locate anyone for the front desk even at the times stated as "staffed". Verona is delightful"
