The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. The breakfast is delicious, every day we found delicious food, so many dishes to choose or able to try everything. The employees are always taking care the customers, keeping the place implacable and no matter how busy they are, always smiling and making sure you are taking care of. "

"It’s a very elegant and refined hotel with artworks on the walls and some antique decor. This is a true gem for everyone who likes art and history. Besides that the staff is very attentive, the room was a bit dark and no flowers like on the pictures but other than that all was perfect."

"The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to the train and close to the city center with lots of restaurant choices. Very walkable. The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was helpful in directions and restaurant suggestions. As a solo traveler, it was much appreciated!"

"Right in the centre (Roman arena is a few minutes walk away). Train station about 15 minutes walk. Aldi close by too. Great base for exploring Verona and day trips to Vicenza, Desenzano (Garda) etc. "
