You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 85 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility fee (between 01 May and 30 September): EUR 100 per accommodation, per week

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: approximately EUR 2.00 for adults and EUR 2.00 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 140 per vehicle (one-way)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 25 for check-in between 10:30 PM and 2:00 AM
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 25 per day; may vary based on length of stay
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 125 per week
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 3 percent
