"Extremely clean / all modern facilities/ excellent breakfast the hotel is situated on the top of the city walking distance to everything you need….. incredibile staff especially Tiziana ( full of knowledge and spoke English made several recommendations that were great) street parking is available near the port about 10 min walk. "We arrived at 4pm after a three hour car journey, it took them some time to find our booking, we were then told the room was not ready (despite check in said to be available from 12.30). After a further wait, with no offer of refreshment or apology, we were shown to a room which had no fridge and whose key had "been taken by the previous occupants". We complained firmly, and the key was produced within 5 minutes along with a fridge. Overall, there were difficulties communicating with the staff...
